DESCRIPTION

ATACS 5016 A/B is a two part, high percentage silver-loaded epoxy adhesive with low electrical resistance and excellent adhesive properties. Designed for use in making electrical and mechanical attachments on electrical components and devices, this product(unlike typical room-tempeterature curing systems)results in excellent conductivity and is less sensitive to handling and ambient conditions. This product is also approved to Boeing Specification BAC 5010,TYPE. 95, and D6-5578 Document(bonding of static discharges for aircraft lightning-strike protection).

• TYPICAL CURE (30 min.@175°F): Good Humidity Skydrol, aircraft fuel resistance.
• VOLUME RESISTIVITY: < 1.6 X 10-3(.0016OHM/CM)
• TENSILE BOND STRENGTH (Per ASTM D-1002-64):
• 1500 PSI @ 75°F
• 1700 PSI @ -67°F
• 1500 PSI @ 180°F
• 1500 PSI W/ 7 Day Water Immersion.
